Billing language prompt

The billing team needs wording for an insurance explanation without exposing a real EOB. Prompt: Using a fictional EOB scenario, draft a patient-friendly explanation that says insurance estimates are not guarantees, the team is verifying the payer response, and the balance should not be treated as final until staff review. Review rule: Billing staff verify the EOB, ledger, estimate, payer rules, and final balance before anything is sent.

Training scenario prompt

A manager wants to teach the lesson from a real incident without preserving the real story. Prompt: Create a fictional dental-office training scenario about staff using an unapproved AI tool. Remove all real patient, staff, payer, date, and appointment details. Include the safer action, risk if missed, and huddle question. Review rule: The privacy lead or owner approves the scenario before it becomes training material.
